I go every other day to the gym and run most days, I need to concentrate on my legs more now as my arms and upper body has reached perfection.

For suggesting that I wear red shorts, I hate red shorts. Plus there are no tatoos on those arms, I have a sleeve on my right arm.

Yes, the advice is to not take paracetemol because both paracetemol and alcohol both put a strain on the liver. Ibuprofen is recommended instead. Since switching to ibuprofen it works a lot better for me the day after a session.

Same here - a very nice drink especially in warmer weather. Darker drinks like rum, whisky, etc have congeners in them which are a cause of hangovers so sticking to lighter coloured drinks like gin and vodka help avoid the pounding head. The tonic also helps to hydrate.
