I might try a few non alcoholic drinks next time I have a few, dont think I can face another day like last sunday....You identified the best cure in your first post, which is not to drink. Just switch to non-alcoholic beer or another non-alcoholic drink. I was never a big drinker but I gave up drinking approx 15 years ago. Can't say I've missed it at all. If you want to improve your health then giving up alcohol is one of the biggest wins.
