Hangovers

I go every other day to the gym and run most days, I need to concentrate on my legs more now as my arms and upper body has reached perfection.
We have a brand new David Lloyd opening next month.
Just joined with my 15 year old daughter.

Doubt ill do weights just the subtle things like Yoga and cold dipping.

All exercise is good for you. I am built a bit too muscular to do yoga but my wife does it, I have tried but not that flexible and balanced

Do you mix up on the treadmill as its going or just to the side?

OMG I had the worst hangover today, my heads been pounding...

Ive just started to feel normal, makes you appreciate how good feeling normal is :)

When I was younger I used to get up and go to work after a drink, no chance of that now...

Do any of you lot get hangovers?

Any good cures? (Don't drink I know)

Hangovers are God's way of telling you that you are not drinking enough on a regular basis...

In my late 30's I started to experience 2 day hangovers. I couldn't even drink my way through them.

If I had to paint skirting boards, leaning forward would hurt. I literally had to lay on the floor to paint them.

You identified the best cure in your first post, which is not to drink. Just switch to non-alcoholic beer or another non-alcoholic drink. I was never a big drinker but I gave up drinking approx 15 years ago. Can't say I've missed it at all. If you want to improve your health then giving up alcohol is one of the biggest wins.
