What are you on about?And once it's known there's an NDA in place, it's only a matter of time.
For a works class lawyer you do seem a little uninformed.
You have two choices.
1 fire the person and they are free to share their story about who told them to do what or who was meant to check etc.
2 pay them some money in the form of a confidential compromise agreement, to help them shut up
