I dont think it will stick, in fact its coming unstuck before theyve tried. But there have been suggestions he broke FCA rules, and surely providing confidential financial information breaches the offfcial secrets act.

FCA rules are normally restricted to people who have access to specifics or where they have specific instructions not to disclose
Official Secrets Act - really requires it to be deliberate.
