How many newly-elected Deformists have been suspended or ejected so far?

My Reform voting acquaintance told me last night that another twelve million immigrants will be added to the UK population by 2034. He's a clever guy. But he would not listen to reason. How can this sort of nonsense be countered.

So are all members of all other parties behaving impeccably?

It's a new party, expanded in a hurry. There are bound to be issues.

The public don't care, the obvious evidence is last week's election results.

It’s a good job labour luvvies are squeaky clean, isn’t it? Oh, wait…..

Over what time period?
Cyril Smith's offences date back to the 1960s.

John was listing the Reform members that have been exposed and binned over the last few weeks.

The rate of expulsions of reform members over the time period used by John for a similar time period as that you've listed, isn't sustainable, there aren't that many members.

Notch is back as King Billy. He 'joined' just a couple of days before Notch made his last post.
I thought I was supposed to be an AI BOT, or Himmie, or some other forum members double identity.
I don't mind these multiple roles, in fact I quite enjoy them.

We need to accept something as the electorate, I'm not saying it's right that we need to accept it, however we do.

We are never, ever, going to have a major political party that is near 100% squeaky clean when it comes to the goings on of their top tiers of people. If nothing else the law of averages says there will always be some that are in the political swamp and/or have dodgy things in their past/current life.

That's the reality and it ain't going to change.

So where does that leave us? I suppose we need to focus on how effectively and efficiently they deliver for the British people. Of course, we have an issue there also. That issue being our governments of late have been p1ss poor in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

I don't doubt Reform will be any different if they gain power. There will be scandals, there will be wrong 'uns. However what I'd be interested to see is whether or not they can be any better at actually delivering for us. I suspect the answer will be no, however who knows.

Meanwhile, up here, we have this kind of sh1te going on ...

the problem with UK politics is the persistent and invariable pendulum effect, swing from right to left, back again, and occasionally swinging further to the left or right, every 5 years.
In addition the adversarial setup often acts more like an antagonistic approach.

What's shoite about it?

Does it matter then? Are historic crimes not important?
Of course it matters. And historic crimes are important, that is why the time periods are important.
If something happens biennial, compared to something else which happens weekly, there is an obvious difference between the high probability of the one thing happening next week, but not the other.
