You ain't drawing me into your rambling nonsense
It's a bite late for that, since you've already replied.

I note that you seem incapable of answering my perfectly civil and reasonable points. I have no problem with that.

So, back to reality.

As clf-gas has said, it isn't illegal.

I note that you seem incapable of answering my perfectly civil and reasonable points.
Equally, you seem incapable of replying without making it a personal issue.

Neither of us is qualified to say whether it is or is not illegal ... We just have opinions on our interpretation.

I believe that it is and you believe that it isn't ... Sometimes you have just got to accept things as they are and move on.

If you want to debate it without rubbishing people's opinions and bringing irrelevant topics into the mix, then go ahead; otherwise go away.

MOD 8 whats wrong  no,ones being abusive :?:

I think you meant to post a URL, clf-gas.

And I take it that M8 has nothing better to do.

Who's rubbishing anything here Softy you said
As clf-gas has said, it isn't illegal.
and I just pointed out (as I always will if anyone makes such statements) that it is only your non-legal opinion.

None of us are qualified to make such statements yet you would have everyone believe that you are an authority on legal matters.

Readers can make up their own minds.

I don't know who "Softy" is - this seems to be a forlorn attempt to belittle. Do your worst - it won't change anything.

and I just pointed out (as I always will if anyone makes such statements) that it is only your non-legal opinion.
No, it isn't given as a legal, or a non-legal, opinion. You don't have the first clue what my qualifications are, nor do they matter, since what I posted was part of a debate about how to interpret the relevant Act. Other people have given their interpretation, and I gave mine. BTW, craig seems to be of the same opinion. :D

However, rather than post your own interpretation, and the reason for it, you're treading the immature and ineffectual path of trying to discredit an opinion by picking upon the poster. However, my reasoning is crystal clear, and my opinion is both reasonable and reasonably presented.

None of us are qualified to make such statements yet you would have everyone believe that you are an authority on legal matters.
On the contrary - each one of us is (not "are" ;)) qualified to make an interpretation, and I have never once attempted to make anyone believe that I'm an authority. That's an idea that seems to have originated in your head, and it tantalisingly close to being a compliment.

However, I can understand you feeling a bit insecure about this topic, so there are no hard feelings on my part.
