I have done a job today which was a real pain.
I have fitted some trunking down the wall and drilled a cable (now you are probally thinking what an idiot but they were not in a safe wiring zone.
I managed to chip some plaster away and temporarily put connectors on it to get it working again the trouble is i don't know how to fix it without too much mess
normally i would chop a single box in and put a blank plate on it but there are 2 ring main cables and this lighting cable so i would have to cut the ring main to put a box in
not sure about crimps baring in mind the cables aren't in a safe wiring zone.
any hints and tips would be grate
thanks in advance
