If you can get any, there is a big shortage of sprouts this year due to the poor weather conditions earlier in the year, most of the UK crop was lost. Good news for the ozone layer though

Quite correct. they should have been simmering since March. If not they will be undercooked on the 25th. If you don't believe this listen to Mr Wogan on the BBC.
