I've already been to work this evening but what is the first job you have to look forward to this year.
I have to install a 200A 3ph DB for a cleanroom in our new factory :D

Can't top that, i start our annual PAT test tomorrow... oh joy

Illuminated sign and bollard repairs probably what a joy ! Wish i could get back into some real electrical work like most of you guys do.

I've got a nice little fuseboard upgrade and some new lights in a house. I also reckon that they'll be lots of choccie biscuits left for me! Hurrah!

Well, I am now officially on my month off.

Telephone unplugged, mobile message set to "Call me in February", bags packed, everything secured and shortly to be bound for the southern hemisphere... where it's summer. :D

Don't forget to pack your test kit just incase the air con packs up!

First nice project starts in a few weeks. We're replacing two very tired 1MVA Euro-Diesel rotary UPS with an array of 200kVA Socomec static UPS and two 1.4MVA synchronous generators.

With the current price of copper  I'll need armed guards to take delivery of the 300mm cable and 1600amp bus bar trunking.
