I'm fitting in a new Neff built under cooker, but I'm not 100% sure with the wires.

The Wires from the wall are the normal -RED , BLACK & BARE EARTH.
But the wires in the cooker are - BLACK , BLUE & a EARTH PLATE.

Can someone confirm which is the live wire in the cooker, is it the Black or Blue ?

Are you sure it is black or could it be brown?
Is there any markings, i.e. L E N on it?

'Ere we go again...
Mostly there is a diagram near the connection plate
or the terminal block will have the tell-tale initials L, N and E moulded onto it.

If not then the instruction manual should say how its done.

If you still stuck go to the NEFF web site and look up the model number.

EDIT: for most Neff ovens their website says
The connection diagramm is located on the rear panel of the appliance.
Maybe there's clue there...?

Thanks for your reply Spark123
I'm sure there Black,
Its the same writing on both black and blue - Nexans VDE Reg.NR 9577 (N)HX4GAF Max 120 C.

There is 3 black wires going to the conection and on the other conector there is 2 blue wires and 1 white with thin black lines going round it, this wire is a corded type wire.

Theres no Diagram any where, I've taken the terminal block off to check if it had any letters on (no), the manual and there web site says to get it connected by approved specialist !

Model number HBB EP327 U1722

is it a standard UK version bought new from a shop?

It's new but from a shop that sells graded stock.
It's made in Germany, but the E-Nr is U1722NO GB
Dose the GB at the end mean it for this country.

LOOK ON IN THE F****** MANUAL

Its on page three

Thanks for your great reply  Have you got a problem with helping people.

There is NO where on page 3 that says anything about colour of the wires.
There is a small diagram that has L - N - Earth. but that has no resemblance to my panel, my earth is on the left theres is on the right.

Adam.

I understand you came here for advice. However, there is such a thing as trying to help yourself first.

No offence, but, particularly as we cannot see your cables, hob etc, it is difficult to go from description alone.

You had the manual, you could have looked in it. You could have looked on the Neff website or rang the retailer.

But you chose to wait until someone here gave you the answer.

vsynth - sarcasm gets you nowhere - I didn't see you scrabbling to help...
