What harm does a person do, to another if he takes a public picture of an adult and creates an image for their private use of them in underwear or whatever?
On the other hand, how does the platform know that a person in fact has the permission of the person?

Ban all pens in case someone writes something bad.
Musk's already fixed the issue by restricting it to premium accounts, they have the credit card and ID of everyone who could do this stuff, presumably this info would be passed on if illegality occurred.
Anyone here could libel anyone in the world on this website. But that isn't a reason to close it down. If issues arise, they get dealt with.
