The reason this is an issue at the moment is a deliberate decision by Musk to relax the previous guard rails put in place to prevent the use of Grok to produce porn.

They knew it would result in unacceptable usage and two senior members of the safeguarding team quit after that meeting.

I took it at face value. To say someone is sympathetic to paedophiles is not in any way comparable to calling somebody a paedophile.
