Ha ha Ha.....
I had some time on the way home to catch up on the news and the "gossip" surrounding the current Labour factionalism. What’s more concerning is the looming tsunami of fallout from the treatment of Andy Burnham. Too many Labour MPs are currently "putting the knife" into Starmer and the Mandelson set, bitter over how Burnham was blocked from standing while the waters seemingly parted for Starmer's preferred candidates.
Massive infighting is brewing and allegiances are forming, there’s a palpable fear this could destabilize Starmer’s leadership. I’m firing the popcorn machine back up after I walk the cat.
I bet Starmer is sweating tomorrow’s Tory-led vote to reveal the full extent of these candidate selections. I doubt the left-wing factions will vote against it, which would highlight exactly how vulnerable the PM becomes when he makes these kinds of divisive decisions, and more importantly despite his majority, powerless. Oh deary me.
One other note is i really hope they don't pin this on the vetting aspect, there will be some horrible slippery back room games going on right now to ensure the blame lands there as opposed to the political elite.

He may have thrown Kieth under the bus too, although doubtless McSwiny or a colleague will take one for the team. Love him or hate Broon will make a formidable witness. But all this distracts from the nitty gritty question of how involved was Trumpf and anyone he was protecting

Its hilarious the left were pushing and constantly banging on about the epstine files as they thought that it would bring down trump, only it all backfired and their very own are now being investigated by the police instead.
