Capital Punishment

Stick to preening yourself. You might have better luck.
I can imagine your school reports:
My school reports were pretty much the same throughout my time spent there, a brilliant mind but cannot concentrate on his work without distractions. No need to imagine anything mate, just ask. I was the cock of my school and the most popular pupil in all of my schools, I destroyed bully's and in doing so everyone loved to be around me.

I do worry over your spelling. It's an indication of your low level of education. Undoubtedly brought about by your inflated ego refusing to admit you're so poorly educated, and have little comprehension ability
Comprehension ability relies on two, interconnected abilities: word reading (being able to decode the symbols on the page) and language comprehension (being able to understand the meaning of the words and sentences).
You appear to be deficient in both aspects.
I went on to University later in life and obtained a degree, my education level is fine albeit my spelling leaves a bit to be desired. It has never given me cause for concern.

How long did that take?

A bit?
Didn't they need a decent ability in English for your degree?
With a high degree of comprehension ability?

Is that influenced by your self inflated ego?
3 years in total for my degree,
English was simpler as we used word with a spell checker to keep all of my spelling in check.
I can read and write in English fine so my comprehension is of no concern, we had a lot of foreign students whose english comprehension was a struggle but they didn't get marked down for spelling mistakes, it wasn't an English literature degree so everyone was fine.
I do not have an inflated ego, not sure where you get that from.
Because...

There is nothing wrong with expressing an opinion. It was not abusive or a personal attack on any other poster.

Given that his opinion was enthusiastic support for killing and physical violence as punishments, and that he's known to have said that he would derive pleasure from personally maiming people as punishment, what ellal wrote was a pretty fair reaction, not abuse or a personal attack.

No.
Look at the US where some states have the death penalty. It doesn't discourage crime.
It’s all about power, with the fascist RWR. They get a hard-on knowing that they can legitimately take the life of another human being. They never really accepted or got over the fact that it was wrong to summarily lynch badly behaved Negros.

You're doing your impersonation of a pigeon playing chess. You've lost, so you scatter all the pieces, crap on the board, and strut all over it as though you've won.
Won, Won what ? surely you cannot be thinking I have had some petty war of wits against you? Good lord get a grip of yourself, this is about right and wrong, I was right and you was wrong it is that simple. Take your silly pigeon analogy and make a pie out of it, as you eat it you will find that it turns into humble pie. Take a big slice you fool.
Charge it !!!!!

Pipe down Billy and stop repeating what I have schooled you in as if it is somehow you that has pointed this out. Get a grip on yourself as it is embarrassing to see. Just accept and move on.

It's like he didn't understand what an aggravated offence was and then tried to tell you what you already knew. Offence + aggravating factor = aggravated offence.

It quite ridiculous to keep saying car theft is not an aggravated offence when he's already been told it can be.

I find it bizarre that he has the brass neck to accuse me of having a lack of comprehension and he then does this...

Maybe he was separating out in his mind the theft bit from the later aggravating factors. Rookie mistake. But we've all done it.
