No-one disagrees with that, but car theft is not an aggravated offence until other factors are considered.Correct. Plenty of scenarios where theft of a vehicle can be an aggravated offence.
What? He stole my car because I'm a Muslim/Jew/British/Australian, etc.Not just sec 12A of the theft act. But perhaps targeting the person’s car due to the owner’s race or religion.

Pipe down Billy and stop repeating what I have schooled you in as if it is somehow you that has pointed this out. Get a grip on yourself as it is embarrassing to see. Just accept and move on.No-one disagrees with that, but car theft is not an aggravated offence until other factors are considered.
As you've said car theft can be an aggravated offence, but on its own, it's not.
There's different penalties for car theft, as I illustrated (up to 6 months prison) compared to aggravated car theft, i.e car theft plus other offences (up to 2 years prison).
So stop with the waffle. You're trying to defend the indefensible, again.
What? He stole my car because I'm a Muslim/Jew/British/Australian, etc.
How you gonna prove that?
Go on, set out the case for the prosecution. Let's all have a laugh.

I wasn't. If you thought I was it doesn't say much for your comprehension ability. No need to explain your mistakes to me,
I wouldn't trust you, a convicted violent offender, to teach kindergarten kids.I gave you the lesson.
Well you clearly understood that part. There's hope yet.Your response was this " Theft of cars is not an aggravated offence."
Oh no there's not. Clearly you're incapable of writing plain English.you have since been schooled turned
You're mixing up your quotes. I did say, "you said car theft, not car jacking nor aggravated theft.which your reply to this " You said car theft, not car jacking nor aggravated theft."
I did read you post, and it did not say what you claimed. If you had wanted it to mean what you claim, you would have written "aggravated burglary, aggravated car theft, etc.". But you didn't. Mind you, you couldn't spell it correctly anyway. So maybe it was all down to your poor educational ability, that you were unable to express yourself succinctly.but if you read what my post said, "it stated "Violent offences such as agravated burglary and theft of cars etc"
You're doing your impersonation of a pigeon playing chess. You've lost, so you scatter all the pieces, crap on the board, and strut all over it as though you've won.I didn't realise that you learning something new was such a difficult thing for you, I suggest that you pay more attention in future.

Stick to preening yourself. You might have better luck.Pipe down Billy and stop repeating what I have schooled you in as if it is somehow you that has pointed this out. Get a grip on yourself as it is embarrassing to see. Just accept and move on.
Because...

Keep it up Billy you are really contradicting yourself. Don't worry over my spelling just accept the lesson and read through the spelling mistakes, the outcome remains the same.I wasn't. If you thought I was it doesn't say much for your comprehension ability.

And you think you're qualified to teach?
You're mixing up your quotes. I did say, "you said car theft, not car jacking nor aggravated theft." and I was referring to what you said.
You were the person that said, "car theft". You did not say "car jacking" nor "aggravated theft".
Even MBK knows that because he's been quoting the relevant law which differentiates between car theft and aggravated car theft.

My school reports were pretty much the same throughout my time spent there, a brilliant mind but cannot concentrate on his work without distractions. No need to imagine anything mate, just ask. I was the cock of my school and the most popular pupil in all of my schools, I destroyed bully's and in doing so everyone loved to be around me.Stick to preening yourself. You might have better luck.
I can imagine your school reports:

I do worry over your spelling. It's an indication of your low level of education. Undoubtedly brought about by your inflated ego refusing to admit you're so poorly educated, and have little comprehension abilityKeep it up Billy you are really contradicting yourself. Don't worry over my spelling just accept the lesson and read through the spelling mistakes, the outcome remains the same.

You've misspelled "cook". Or did you mean "dick"?I was the cock of my school

I went on to University later in life and obtained a degree, my education level is fine albeit my spelling leaves a bit to be desired. It has never given me cause for concern.I do worry over your spelling. It's an indication of your low level of education. Comprehension ability relies on two, interconnected abilities: word reading (being able to decode the symbols on the page) and language comprehension (being able to understand the meaning of the words and sentences).
You appear to be deficient in both aspects.

How long did that take?I went on to University later in life and obtained a degree,
A bit?my education level is fine albeit my spelling leaves a bit to be desired.
Is that influenced by your self inflated ego?It has never given me cause for concern.

3 years in total for my degree,How long did that take?
A bit?
Didn't they need a decent ability in English for your degree?
With a high degree of comprehension ability?
Is that influenced by your self inflated ego?

There is nothing wrong with expressing an opinion. It was not abusive or a personal attack on any other poster.

It’s all about power, with the fascist RWR. They get a hard-knowing that they can legitimately take the life of another human being. They never really accepted or got over the fact that it was wrong to summarily lynch badly behaved Negros.No.
Look at the US where some states have the death penalty. It doesn't discourage crime.
