    Garage flat roof.

Hi guys. I've felted my garage roof and painted it with Aluminium Solar protector and I'm wondering if I should paint the inside joists and boards to stop it getting dampish. What do you reckon and is there something that should be used in this instance? Thanks.

Best way to make pipes fit radiator

Hi guys. The rad in the pic (hope it works) is 600 x 600 and I want to put a 900 wide one there instead but obviously the pipes want re-arranging. As you can see, they've been done before and they're under concrete, so how should it really be done without digging the floor up...

    Rusting fascia pins.

Is there any way of removing and replacing the fascia pins on my house as they seem to be going very discoloured. I think they're going rusty. They're difficult to get out as they have a kind of serrated pin to get a good hold. I made a right pigs ear trying to get one out.

    Wickes solid oak flooring

Wickes are selling some nice oak floor at the mo, 120 x18, for £25.89 sq m. Apparently they need clips underneath to hold them together (how do you get them under) and they're about 15 quid a box. Disregarding any guarantee that would be voided.. could these boards be laid on a dry concrete...
