hi the valve under the sink that lets water into the machine is ok so i cant see why it doesn't fill with water when it's switched on. It just makes a droning noise and nothing happens. Is there something inside the machine that allows the water to fill when switched on that could be faulty? thanks

this is a message for rocks. i just thought i'd update you on the problem and tell you that when i took the motor off and checked the brushes one of them had seized in. i freed it and gave it a clean so the spring could push it out and after putting it all back together again it works great...
