Wonder if Biden knew who Johnson was ?

he did not seem to know what the Australian PMs name was ? Having just agreed a major international defence deal with the bloke

which caused a spat with the French :ROFLMAO: and up set the Chinese

probably an age thing ?

"Johnson once regarded a bilateral free trade agreement with the US as a key Brexit win"

"When Johnson was asked on Tuesday whether he still hoped to strike a free-trade agreement with the US by the time of the next general election, opening the way to lower tariffs and a closer economic relationship, he said “we’re going as fast as we can”, but declined to confirm whether it could be achieved before 2024."

Linky

It probably ain't gonna happen ever!

Brexiteers should be lining up to scream their disapproval...

But they won't because they are still in 'cult mode'!

Uncle Joe won't give BloJo anything worth a damn. He's seen as a mini-Trump, a pale shadow of the monsterous organism that's infected the Republican party. He did remind him that the Irish border would become a big problem if the Brexit protocol wasn't sorted out soon and without any concrete evidence it will be there's no chance of any trade deal.

Biden hasn't forgotten about Boris comments about Obama. Biden will make Boris tag along by dangling a deal. Any deal would provide little benefit to the UK but would be sold at great fanfare and that's what it boils down to - sell the description but not the details as a Brexit win.

Everyone is aware that it would be impossible to get such a deal from inside the EU?
If this is what the USA wanted to do to a market the size of the EU, imagine what they would do to one much smaller, run by an incompetent narcissist liar almost grovellingly desperate for a deal who could sign one without Parliamentary oversight and free from any challenges in court.

Taking back control?

Sovereignty?

By closing the door in our face Biden has done us a huge favour.
