No one seems to have mentioned Afghanistan. Yes, innocent lives have been lost here too. Maybe they should be more careful about harbouring terrorists. They bring it all on themselves. 
Also, to the usual lefty, bleeding-hearts on here: you're blaming the yanks for killing innocent people, and yes, they have made plenty of errors along the way. It is war after all. So, what you're saying is that the Americans should stay out of foreign conflicts, even when they are attacked on their own soil, even when they are liberating countries that have been invaded by hostile neighbours (Kuwait)? This means that we should let the Muslim/Arab world become international peace keepers!!!
