Don't they (or have they ever) do/sell hobs you can plug in the wall anymore, just moved into new house and electrics seriously out dated, hob blew up after being here just 3 weeks, can't get kitchen re-wired until December, so no boiled eggs!

I.ve only just finished laughing at it, then broke down in tears at the sad realisation that thats what i may have to do, i want one with two rings i can get from high street, when new kitchens fitted i will sell it on ebay.
