It's complicated, for sure.
When Sir Christopher Wren and his Enlightened buds redesigned London after the Great F. all they had to think about was wider streets and maybe a few more windows in the buildings. Trying to think ahead to encorporate advanced technology into urban planning makes my head hurt.
