Hi, We have a loft conversion in our house that was built in 1969 and was given a building regs certificate. I understand that building regs have changed since then and our conversion won't comply on things like a fire door and fireproof boarding. How do we stand when we want to sell the house? Do we have to make it comply to current standards? If so that would mean ripping it out an starting again
