Do you mean two light switches controlling seperate lights, but the same fan?

Can you make it clearer what you are trying to achieve?

Is this a house? Bathrooms, reception rooms??

Timer fans, light fans?

You're feeding the switches with live and neutral (correct?), and then running a twin brown to each light (and fan????)?

I don't know what you're talking about to be honest.
