any body shed some light?

Cheers

Got the spec sheet yes a big mother f**ker
will 10mm cable suffice as well as this 67amp switch????

You dont need a 67 amp switch. Use 10mm² with a 50A MCB and 50A cooker switch (if these exist, i know 50A pullswitches exist)

To acheive a 67A rating, you'd need the next size up from 63A, which is 80A. However, with such a huge appliance, its unlikely that all the elements will be burning at once.

Are you doing this in your own home? Do you know about part p?

To supply 68A you will need either a 16.0mm² t&e or maybe even a 25mm² supply depending on how it is run in.

Is this an industrial cooker, as I have never seen a domestic cooker requiring such a large supply.

The largest rated standard switches are 50A, so anything above this will require an industrial switch.

I am moving theorigianl oak lintel to a higher position in the chimney breast to allow the cooker to go into the opening, but i need to run cables as there will be no access for the cooker fitters, was just interested as to the high rating of the switch

or a CU style switch in a modular box.

Not very domestic... except that a commercial kitchen would have gas burners not a ceramic hob.

I'm thinking
