7 weeks to change a boiler !!

Was told today by a customer how a "plumber" took 7 weeks to swop a boiler for their neighbour, middle of winter, old lady, straight swop apparently, one night he actually turned up at 11.15PM to do some work !!!!!, I have been told by another customer that he turned up at 10.00PM one night to swop a cylinder, they told him to pisof, it's assholes like this that get the trade a bad name.

bit like a decorator from my way but he turns up at 3/5 o,clock and works till 12/1 am, but he's a pot head or summat so..... you get what you ask for dontcha.
