All was going so well too & i'd avoided making a thread on the topic lol
Just painting the walls that had been plastered & rather than trying to squeeze rollers behind radiators which in some case wasn't possible, i figured i'd just take them off, paint the job properly & then re-fit.
3 radiators needed to come off. 2 of them were not a problem.
Just had a nightmare with an 1800 because of the middle bracket. Looks like the plumber who fitted it had some bother too.
Basically when the radiator came off, it pulled the bracket out at the top too, rawl plug, screw & all.
The top hole looks like the first attempt from the plumber. It's the lower hole that's being used.
Since the whole thing was pulled out i don't imagine it's going to hold too well just simply putting a rawl plug back in & screwing up.
So what should i do here to make it secure?
