I have a SWA run along a wall to a couple of lights, but now I'd like to add another light about half-way along the cable.
I want to add a Wiska box with cables entering underneath like on the other ones but obviously the cable isn't long enough to just cut it and get the loops underneath. Somehow I need to extend the cable but what's the right way? Figure there's an obvious answer once you know it.

Three choices:
1 - Pull some slack cable from one side of the other
2 - Cut and add 2x junction boxes plus a small extra section of cable
3 - Cut and replace a section from the cut point to the next junction with a longer piece.

Thanks, that all makes sense. The extra box seems easiest... maybe I just add 2 lights while I'm at it.
