I have the above head unit fitted in my 06 Combo, it drives 2 speakers, plus two tweeters in the front doors.

My van has rear seats fitted and I was thinking of adding an extra pair of speakers in the rear, does anyone knows if the CD30 is capable of driving the extra rear speakers? I assume it will be just a case of connecting the speaker wire to the RR & RL connections which I believe exist on the back of this set (I've not had it out yet to look).

Also does anyone know the size of the speaker apertures in the rear pillar (by the back doors) on the Combo? At the moment they are half covered by the ply lining so I'm not able to measure them accurately.

you will probally find wires are there as most cars are fully wired at factory

you could try halfords as they usually have replacement speakers and a big book to check what ones you need

dont know the size sorry but from a sound point of view you may be better off just upgrading the fronts or maybe a small sub box,the rears may sound too tinny
