Adjusting an Inter 99 burner (orange one)

I need to adjust the oil tube reach (the one that the electrodes clip on to) on this burner - its sticking out about 4mm too far into the blast tube.
There's no adjustment possible that I can see.
Any guidance, anyone?

The EOGB Inter PL10/11/12 (Orange) (99/109 were black in Colour)
has no adjustment fore & aft for the nozzle line, the head is also fixed the nozzle should sit about 4-5mm behind the diffuser, the tips of the electrodes should sit 3mm behind the tip of the nozzle (unusual setting) this is vital to prevent the spark shorting to the diffuser

Aha Rick, you are shedding more light on this one Obviously I have a PL10 rather than a 99 burner......there's no identification anywhere so I've been wrong all along.
No matter - I have a PL10 fitted to a Panda 55 boiler. I bought another PL10 to recondition and use, more for something to do than necessity. It was with this one that I noticed the discrepancy of the oil pipe position - hence my post.
Would this discrepancy make any difference, do you think? I intend to run the spare burner on the bench before installing it, and the info I have states that the electrodes should be 6mm back, 4mm gap and 12mm away from the nozzle centre. I'll see how it runs when the new pump arrives. I'm setting it to .60 80 deg, 110 psi, 10.5 CO2, same as the existing one.
Regarding the other forum, they weren't accepting visitors last night, so I'll have another look!

I've just had a thought (an increasingly rare occurrence)......if I can't move the oil pipe back, maybe I can move the blast tube forwards a bit

If you look where the nozzle pipe comes out of the case, is there not a small plastic block that has two small allen screw in it? The top one holds the pipe firm in the block, and the one at the back moves the block back and forth. There should be approx10 mm movement here.

The plastic block is indeed there, Mr. O - but it sadly only has one grub screw that bears down on the oil pipe.
The genuine 99 burner has a block that is adjustable, as you say - but not this one which is a PL10 (Thanks to Rick for identifying it!)
