Advice on roof needed please.

Hello all, I've taken a photo of my roof after hearing the slates rattling in the high winds whilst I was in the attic earlier tonight. There's no leaks in the attic. Is it normal for a slate roof to look like this? Or does the roof need repairing/replacing?
Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.

It's normal for there not to be any leaks, so you have a normal roof.

Ah, cheers for the reply - so I don't need to do anything with the slates as they are?

The roof is of a cement fibre slate.
It appears some cdrs (rivets ) are missing . Get it checked they can be retro fitted with care
