East Pakistan and West Pakistan were devoutly Muslim but it didn't stop a war of independence by Bangladeshi nationalists breaking out.
By your logic Bangladesh should never have got its independence.

West Pakistan always considered themselves superior. There was a national election and the party from East Pakistan won 90% of the seats. The prime West Pakistan candidate had spent a lot of money in campaigning etc. and was psed. He told the East Pakistan party leader you can be the President of East Pakistan while I will be the President of West Pakistan. The leader replied saying WTF? The army did not want to be ruled by East Pakistan and imposed martial law and did a coup de tat. And, then the genocide took place over the years.

In Pakistan, even today, they lament what the leader did by not playing fair and blame him for the breakup.

Yes, Pakistan is a Muslim country. They are so Muslim that they killed 3 million Muslims and dumped the bodies in mass graves and repeatedly raped 400,000 women in Bangladesh. That Hindu country you mention came to the rescue and allowed refugees from Bangladesh at it's border. That Hindu country trained Bangladeshi farmers to fight the Pakistani army. That same Hindu country's army parachuted down in a single night and liberated Bangladesh.

Yes the Hindu country that trained Bangladeshi fighters to fight its arch enemy Pakistan. India didnt get involved to help the Bangladeshis, it got involved to give Pakistan a bloody nose.

I know you guys have a thirst for blood and civil war and want to see more bloodshed in Afghanistan, but its unlikely to happen, much to your dissappointment.

Lets hope Afghsnistans major parties can come together and form a lasting government and bring peace to their country.

You on the other hand should focus on giving the Scots and Irish independence as you clearly love the idea and since millions in both these countries want it, im sure you'll help them....

Perhaps they need to complete a set number of summary executions or beheadings before they qualify? Or maybe it's just 'cells' within the Taliban (Isis) which are recognised?

Isis are not part of the Taliban.

The Taliban are primarily of a deobandi background. Deobandi Islam is a mainstream form of Islam with its roots in Deoband in India. The Taliban also have some Wahhabi branches.

Isis on the other hand are an extreme group of Wahhabis. You'l find some Wahhabis interpret Islam in a very extreme manner, and most of Isis are extremist wahhabi.

Isis and the Taliban hate each other.

we worked for a land Lord who rented his prop out to a Saudi

first thing he did was go down some merchants and buy a load of black sheeting and tape it all over the front windows so as no one could see his missus through the windows

Similar happens with Afghan families, they wont allow you onto their home if the wifes present. If you do go in, they will kick off. Ive known of Afghan husbands turn up to estate agents demanding to speak to the maintenance guys who went into their home when they were not there.

Ive been in afghan homes where the women are literally locked into other rooms whilst we're there. Ironically these are all of Northern Alliance background.
