    why would i pay 285 pounds when i found the part for 50 quid and the labour by a gas safe registered for 54 pounds??

    Shop around and dont assume your being ripped off because a quote is higher than you expected, things are usually cheap for a reason

    I think 400 pounds and 120 odd pounds is a big difference. I was not complaining I simple didn't know how much to pay. Turns out tho I was been ripped off. I'm not an expert so I come here for help. Might not bother any more tho

    No I have ordered the part and when it arrives its getting fitted for 54 pounds
