Who is America to dictate to any other country policy to provide their population with affordable means to heat their homes /cook their food and run their industries . Germany knew the risks of decades of cheap fuel but america didnt like it that russia and germany had good trade agreements

Guess your missing that the whole situation happening with russia just now with threats of nuclear weapons being used has been instigated yet again by the yanks causing destabilisation in other countries

Just because a country hasn't yet signed a defensive anti-bully treaty, isn't justification to bully it before it gets the chance.
