He just keeps lying and making things up. He was probably twisting the words of the passport control staff and they became confused as to what his meaning was so they held him for an extra hour to the rest of the passengers. Probably to conduct a psychoanalysis on him.

Nope - its designed to replace 1 or 2 border offercers stmping your passport in and out so instead of 2 officers it will be 30 machines. Its running now only they are still stamping for a while, wait until it gets really busy and the system falls over because its another EU pile of shif - its already failing. I expect it to be halted soon.
