Apart from rigid compliance with the part P regs are there any special requirements when welcoming one of these beings into your home

As which self-certification scheme he's a member of, and write it down.

A postman and a Milkman are coming to mine

When he looks at your electics he'll noisily suck in his breath and say 'oh dear! who did this? tut tut!

Is he coming to remove your 'shorts'?

Richard p!!! thats what mine said to me!!
then had all my blooming bedroom floor boards up (thank goodness it was tidy!)

This partp thing.. is it where you now have to test everything and shove a sticker on each time you even change a plug???

My sparky was moaning that others are under cutting his prices as he is registered and has to do safety checks where others didnt need to do it and so charge less.......

Well, whenever my usual sparky arrives, the first thing I have to do is put the kettle on or he maes whistling noises to impersonate a kettle. Then, I have to make sure my eldest doggie is out of his range as he swipes his rawlplugs and chews them.

Then, we sit and have a cuppa and a chat about his baby and finally he gets on with the job in hand LOL

Yeah, that's right, he's a mate

offer him a cup of tea and a biccy, goes a long way with any tradesman.
