But as for t cells and natural immunity / anti bodies why are you struggling with that is the route many of us chose and has been proved far more effective than vaccine and boosters that had effectiveness of matter of weeks in many cases
Well, thinking outside the box a bit, don't have the vaccine if you don't want it? Maybe?
has been proved far more effective
Post your proof.

2024

"Large clinical trials and real-world data clearly show that both vaccines are extremely safe and provide high protection against symptomatic and severe infection by eliciting neutralizing B and T cell responses including immunological memory that are also effective against different emerging variants of concern in single-dose or (heterologous) booster settings"

2024

"In this prospective cohort study including 2959 participants aged 5 to 17 years, vaccine effectiveness against laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection was 54.0% and vaccine effectiveness against symptomatic COVID-19 was 49.4%."

The problem is you aren’t understanding the science

Faucis advice was correct in 2094 in regards to that question

And the advice to take the vaccine to minimise risk of a serious adverse reaction from getting infected from covid.

Once a person is vaccinated and then gets covid, the immunity acquired by vaccine and naturally from infection increase immunity.

Gas is spreading more misinformation.

It’s best you stick to gas boilers

Complete nonsense. Minimise risk of what? A serious adverse reaction which is already minute. The vaccines were pushed on claiming you could not get infected and pass it on, therefore you were entitled to freedom. Stop revising history.

The manufacturers of the vaccines couldn't even back up their claims and here you are pretending to.

Show me where advice in lockdown stated not to take the vaccine if you've already been infected. Likewise for the flu jab.
