Any one fitted a magnaclean twintech

Hi,
my plumber has just fitted the twintech but i think it's been fitted wrong, the return pipe is fitted to the top joint which has an arrow pointing out and the other pipe is fitted to the bottom joint with the arrow pointing in this then connects to the boiler, i would have thought arrows where direction of flow.
any advise please.

yes the arrows are the flow direction.
