when driving to see my Dad on Monday in Edenbridge, I drove past a buzzard sitting on a phone line, then saw another flying across the road.

Nothing too out of the ordinary. Recently seen Red Kits, Hawks a barn Owl.

A pair of jackdaws that visit our garden for a drink - really unusually hoping around on the roads. Back streets fortunately but seeing more traffic of late.

I’ve seen less! Drove through Brentwood last Saturday night and it’s normally heaving with lesser spotted mingers. Nuffink.

Perhaps you're just looking around more now?

For me, no change from the usual ; it's just that I have more time to peruse.....

Out front, Gannets are back, how they "see / target / dive " on to a sand eel from 25 / 35 m up is remarkable, also out front loads of gulls, a Curlew, and a bunch of Semi-Resident swans.

Out back a small swarm of Sparrows, Starlings, Blue tits, and a pair of Magpies.

The deer have come out around here.
Especially now the old dears are not around :)

Although we seem to have less rabbits?

More wildlife, climate stopped changing, earth slowed rotation, blah, blah, blah.
Nothing changed, it's just that us mugs are wasting our days and we notice what's always been there.
Then social media tell us that everything is better.

With the lack of road traffic I can now hear the birdsong in the morning whilst walking to work. :)
