Hi
Been asked to replace some light fittings.

They are to light the underside of a long shelf unit that runs the width of the room. This shelf is about 400mm off the floor.
The current lamps have been scorching items left under the shelf.

The room uses GET wireless lighting, so I have to use incandecent bulbs.

I would of liked to use the T4/5 fittings, but they are not compatible with the GET system, but would like something similar

I was thinking of using these. but think these will also get pretty hot

anybody got any ideas that may be suitable

Thanks

Any incandescent lighting will run hot and give you the same damage problems.

Can the wireless switches be changed to support LED or cold cathode?

Can a different switching system be installed?

Is the light for show, or to actually do something?

If the latter, LEDs may not cut it.

Try these people - http://www.outline-uk.com/ - see if they have any suggestions about remote control for their products.
