Are these ok for kitchen spotlights without transformer?

Hoping someone can help me here. I need to replace some kitchen spotlights but i want to go for ones that go straight into the mains rather than use a transformer. Are these ones ok for that?

Those claim to be 220-240V items, but buying those or similar items cannot be recommended.

They are sold by a vendor in China, whether they comply with the appropriate standards is unknown, and the reviews for them which are not obvious fakes suggest they are of very low quality.
