Asda back in British ownership!

Interesting that you have no response to the questions I actually asked, so have invented your own irrelevant assertion.

What is your understanding of how an economy works?

What makes an economy expand & what makes it shrink?

Where does money come from & how is it injected into society?

In your own words JohnD, no point copy & paste from Google 'cos it won't tell you the truth, & if you think it all comes from the magik money tree like our Marxists do then you are beyond hope.

Im going to go for a go at this one...

An economy expands due to new wealth created ie off new ideas?
It shrinks because the men with all the wealth take a massive pay increase for themselves and dont leave enough for the men beneath them.

Money comes from trees, (even the plastic new money) and utter s..t music IMO industry talking about vaginas and special beings.

Bankers weigh up the current economy climate, spending of the general populus amongst various other thingamajigs involved and take there course of action to make themselves money whilst mrs robinson gets the best deal on a a new ford focus to potter to the town and get her pint of milk.

Whats with that g thingamagig and the square and compass.
What does it represent?

If a shop is sold by one shopowner and bought by another shopowner, how much new wealth has the second shopowner created by the transaction?

Depends what type of shop...
Will an adult shop selling a heated dildo make more money then another shop with an un heated dildo during the cold periods of weather.

Too many variables and im not paid enough to think for the economoy

Your questions are nonsense & therefore not worthy of my considered response.

What makes me think they create wealth? Jesus, where do I have to start . . . .

go on, have a try.

What makes you think that they "create" wealth?

Did the wealth not exist before customers walked into shops and spent it?

Would the customers not have walked into different shops without those brothers existing?

I too have more money than sense, but that's only because I don't have an awful lot of sense!

As well as being fabulously wealthy he was in the SAS.
You meet some 'interesting' people on the internet.

If those 2 brothers didn't buy Asda what would become of Asda????
Why would it matter if those 2 brothers didn't buy Asda.
If Asda disappeared tomorrow some other business would fill the gap left by Asda.

Robin Hood was the first socialist.
He took wealth from Rich and redistributed it among the poor.
When the you consider that the rich got rich by stealing surplus wealth created by the poor, doesn't that make people like Robin Hood socialists rather than criminals.

So, two guys buy asda.

Anyone else here richer materialistic wise.

Other then that i genuinely have no idea why it would be a discussion for poor folk like myself that two rich guys are setting their aims to be even richer.
