Bath mixer taps- no hot water?

Hi
The hot water tap is not letting any water through, the cold tap is fine. It happened suddenly, was fine in the morning can anyone give me an idea of what is wrong please?

Do you have hot water at the kitchen sink? and is your bathroom upstairs?

Is it not letting hot water through at all, or just when you've got the cold on as well?

ground floor bathroom, the hot isnt coming through whether the cold is off or on, hot water in the sink/kitchen/wall shower all fine.

you prob just need the tap stripped/refixed/refitted, sometimes it is knackered and needs to be replaced, to be fair it is prob quicker to change the tap body than strip and fix it, a plumber will be able to sort it in a couple of mins, or perhaps you will be able to turn off the water and sort it out yourself
