Oh god no, settled at £174 which was the actual 8% they were originally on about, not their version of 8% which was £200.10. Im actually far more annoyed with the Guild for their completely biased "impartial" mediation service.
Keeping the better half's blood pressure down whilst pregnant is way more of a concern than proving a point with court we thought so we are just glad to have closure and learn for future jobs.
