Zone 3 as such was omitted in the 17th

but the area that was zone 3 is still mentioned in other words though

ie sockets not allowed in what was zone 3 but beyond that is allowed

I wouldn't claim that it's extremely rare for me to be wrong.

I always think I'm right (not the same as thinking I'm always right).

But I do apologise for c***-ups, misreadings etc, and I do have the sense to stop digging.
