Is the original author of this post still in the building?? :confused:
My feeling is that information given to others relating to 'special locations' should be on the money. It's a complicated enough issue as it is without the added confusion of inaccurate information (imho :) )

Have a look at the picture Securespark posted at 10:36 on page 1.

Which colour zone do you think you will put your light (and fan)?

Clue: Outside zones is great, zone 3 is OK, zone 2 is not to bad, zone 1 is a lot of trouble, zone 0 would be stupid.
 
I have seen a bath with a SELV light installed in zone 0 - straight from the manufacturers...
