is there an inlet filter on a 105e.if so where.diaphram has been changed and all was well for 3 days.plunger isnt coming out enough to make microswitch on shower but is when tap on full.maybe diverter.

its normally on the return pipe I think fitz ( on the isolator or there abouts)
 
Try a bit of silicone grease on the plunger pin

Did you fit a 248063 or just a diaphragm

Friend of mine has similar problem to this... taps OK but shower dies after a very short period. Microswitch drops out due to plunger. He's fitting a new pressure diff (248063) rather than just the diaphragm. I'll let you know the outcome.
 
Fitted new press diff valve and now better than ever.

A new 'diaphragm only' does not seem to cure the problem as well as changing the whole unit. Could it be the spring?
