Benchmark log book

Hello,

The Worcester Bosch website lists the need for a Benchmark log book in order to join their maintenance scheme.

Now we were not left anything by the previous owner but i've noticed that there are some labels and handwritten things on the front part of the boiler with date etc etc. Could this be the logbook or is it something else?

Basically what is a log book and what does it look like.

The benchmark book for Worcesters is usually part of the user manuals supplied with the boiler, usually the rear two pages.
