    someone told me "ideal man" was ex british gas but got sack cos he couldnt find fault on a spacesaver...................Lets face it, most of the CPSs couldn't fault find a Superbouncer!!!

    I can recall an example of a so called independant engineer charging£500 to change a pump and valves for a pregnant woman just before Christmas.Now tell me that that is fair trading. So lets get back to the issues that this forum was intended for and stop slagging off BG engineers.£4500 for a combi changeover,is that ok? I think not.Get your own house in order you privateers!!!!!

    I bet the BG Employees dont like the term "Customer Exploitation" being banded about as it must be the man in the van doing it as they deal with the customer not the Top Dogs.
