I wonder if those clever rozzers will be suspicious of those deliberately covering tier faces....

We've seen it in other areas of law enforcement.

For example a Police officer is supposed to form an opinion of speeding before using a speed detector to corroborate his opinion. We know that doesn't happen any more.

In this case the computer will ping "hit" on someone who matches a profile of a dangerous criminal and the next thing that happens is the lookalike is attacked.
